One side of the family brings the influence of Yazd, a historic city in central Iran. Known for its rich culture, desert architecture and distinctive culinary identity, Yazd carries a quiet elegance that can be felt in the restaurant’s approach: thoughtful, traditional and full of character.
The other side brings the flavours of northern Iran, a lush and green region famous for farming, fresh ingredients and some of the country’s most loved dishes.
